<![CDATA[Student character development is a fundamental aspect that significantly influences the formation of moral values, attitudes, and behavior of students in elementary schools. This study aims to describe a teaching approach that can encourage character development in elementary schools based on a review of several scientific publications. The study applies a qualitative method with a literature review approach, data collection through documentation studies, and data processing using content analysis that includes identification, comparison, and review of findings from various references. The results of the study identified four main approaches that have proven effective. First, instilling habits through consistent activities such as praying before studying, maintaining cleanliness, and implementing daily discipline. Second, the role model of teachers as figures who directly influence student behavior. Third, the insertion of character values integrated into the learning process. Fourth, the formation of a positive and conducive school climate and culture. The study concluded that learning strategies contribute significantly to shaping the character of elementary school students, and its success is largely determined by close collaboration between schools, teachers, families, and the community as a whole.]]>
