<![CDATA[Interactive digital learning media are essential to support effective learning and overcome monotonous conventional methods that hinder student engagement. This study aims to develop a Canva-based flipbook learning media for the Public Relations and Protocol subject in Vocational High Schools (SMK) and to evaluate its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this research involved eleventh-grade students in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMKS Tirta Sari Surya. Data were collected through questionnaires and tests, then analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis for validity and practicality, and Normalized Gain (N-Gain) for effectiveness. The developed flipbook integrates learning materials, instructional videos, summaries, and interactive practice exercises. Expert validation results demonstrated high validity from the subject matter expert, media expert, and instructional design expert. Practicality tests yielded highly practical ratings in both the one-to-one and small-group evaluations. Furthermore, effectiveness testing showed a significant increase in average student scores from the pre-test to the post-test, with an N-Gain score indicating moderate effectiveness. These findings confirm that the Canva-based flipbook is a valid, practical, and effective digital learning resource for enhancing student learning outcomes in the Public Relations and Protocol subject.]]>
