This study was conducted in response to the issue of low collaboration skills among fourth-grade students at Jarakan Public Elementary School in their Indonesian language classes, as well as the limited use of technology-based teaching materials capable of supporting active student interaction and cooperation. This study aims to produce an innovative learning medium assisted by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) based on Flipbook Voice Learning that meets the criteria of being feasible, practical, and effective for use in Indonesian language learning to improve the collaboration skills of fourth-grade students at Jarakan Public Elementary School. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model, which includes the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate stages. The resulting product is a Flipbook Voice Learning tool accessible via smartphone. The product’s feasibility was assessed by subject matter experts and instructional material experts; its practicality was measured through teacher and student response questionnaires; and its effectiveness was analyzed using an observation rubric for collaboration skills in the experimental and control classes via an Independent Sample T-Test. The research results indicate that: (1) the innovative instructional material received a “highly feasible” rating, with subject matter experts scoring it at 96.25% and instructional material experts at 98.75%, resulting in an average of 97.5%; (2) the instructional material received a “highly practical” rating, with teachers scoring its practicality at 96.25% and students at 98.75%.
