Digitalization has become an important need for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve business management capacity and expand market reach. Dodol Kentang Karya Mandiri MSME in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Regency, faced several challenges in financial recording, inventory management, technology utilization, and marketing, which was previously dominated by offline activities. This community service program aimed to improve managerial capacity and digital marketing skills through the implementation of a simple management system and the utilization of online platforms. The program employed a participatory and educational approach through observation, interviews, discussions, training, workshops, direct practice, mentoring, and evaluation. The activity was conducted from May 5 to July 5, 2025. The results showed that the MSME participants began to use digital tools, including Google Sheets and BukuWarung, for financial and inventory recording. The participants also successfully utilized Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and marketplaces to support product promotion and sales. In addition to improving digital skills, the program provided a foundation for more organized business management and broader market reach. The findings imply that combining practical training with continuous mentoring can be an appropriate approach to support gradual and sustainable digitalization among MSMEs.
