Abstract

The problem of residents with awareness of the flow of sub-district administrative services is a problem related to the lack of information, education and outreach from the sub-district to the community about how to process population documents. mezzo intervention method (intervention with groups and communities), macro (intervention through policy and social action). Group work, namely to facilitate individual development both intellectually, emotionally and socially through group activities. Socialization of the Merdeka Village Population Administration Service Flow is a form of Field Work Practice mini project.

Abstract

The lack of understanding of the community in North Tapanuli regarding knowledge about social assistance makes the process of distributing and distributing social assistance less efficient, where the community does not understand the criteria that social assistance recipients must have. Very often there are complaints to the North Tapanuli social service about unfair and unequal assistance, which makes the social service feel that it has to be responsible for providing insight and understanding to residents. In this case, the importance of cooperation between both regional and central governments is very necessary because the relationship and cooperation that requires them must be interconnected and have the same goals.The public's understanding of social assistance will be very beneficial for the prosperous lives of citizens because after understanding this, justice and public trust in the government will arise. so that the North Tapanuli Social Service always provides good guidance and explanations to residents because many residents come to the social service to ask for social assistance without knowing the background or criteria for the requirements for receiving social assistance and comparing themselves to aid recipients around them.

Abstract

The activeness of members in the organization has a huge impact on the continuity of the organization. Work programs and other activities will be hampered if members of the organization are passive in their implementation. This is due to several factors, namely lack of interest, lack of understanding of roles and responsibilities, lack of communication, conflict, and incompatibility between members. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out how to raise awareness about the responsibilities of being a member of IPNU-IPPNU in Pepe Village. This journal uses qualitative methods, personal analysis, and interviews with several members of IPNU-IPPNU Pepe Village. Based on observations that have been made, awareness of responsibility can increase organizational effectiveness, build trust between members, increase job satisfaction, shape character, and improve individual and organizational reputation. To increase this awareness, some steps that can be taken are understanding the responsibilities you have, making plans, prioritizing tasks, not being afraid to ask for help, learning from mistakes

Abstract

Menyenk Cafe is a micro, small and medium food and beverage business located in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Tenggilis Mejoyo District, Surabaya City. The owner of Menyenk Café Umkm still needs assistance to perfect his product. This is done by providing protection standards to safeguard the products sold. Therefore, the UPN "Veteran" East Java Village Development Team is trying to instill an understanding of the importance of legality in maintaining product safety, order and compliance with regulations, as well as enabling economic actors to implement it. Menyenk Café has gone through Halal Certification as a product requirement based on Islamic law. This transfer of knowledge is a process to create MSMEs whose labels are considered halal. Using Halal Certification has several advantages, namely that producers can open up new opportunities to expand market share. Apart from that, it provides quality and safety standards which involve checking and testing products that meet halal standards, so that the use of halal certification can help improve the quality and safety of products offered to consumers. The aim of this activity is to improve products by providing increasingly reliable product protection standards through legality through Halal certification. Apart from providing understanding, the results of this community service also led to the creation of the Halal logo as a means of marketing products that meet consumer needs for cleanliness and quality standards

Abstract

Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) is a pencak silat organization that has a long and rich history in Indonesia. Founded in 1922, PSHT has developed into an international organization with members around the world, including in Rayon Dukuh Tengah. This study aims to describe the teachings of PSHT on the values of socializing character education in the community (Study on students of Silat PSHT Rayon Dukuh Tengah Ranting Buduran Sidoarjo Branch). This research uses qualitative methods with interviews. The results of this study indicate that the values of the implementation of socializing character education in students are that students behave with courtesy when interacting with other people, students are willing to listen when given advice by others, students are tolerant of differences with PSHT members and other organizational groups, students want to be involved in community activities.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge to teachers and prospective teachers about preparing simple applications for assessing the learning process; provide guidance to teachers and prospective teachers regarding the preparation of simple applications in assessing the learning process; create a temporary special forum or forum for preparing simple applications for assessing the learning process; and provide motivation to teachers and prospective teachers regarding the preparation of simple applications in assessing the learning process. Participants in Community Service are teachers from partner schools or schools assisted by the East OKU Muhammadiyah Association, prospective teachers, and other participants from outside partner schools with a total of 115 participants. Activities were carried out using a workshop format via the zoom meeting application. The activity ran smoothly and the participants seemed enthusiastic about taking part in the workshop activities.

Abstract

The problem that is often experienced by UMKM that operate in the trading business is sales instability which is influenced by stock taking that is not well organized. This constraint encourages the need for an accounting information system in business management. The aim of this service is to implement an accounting information system as an effort to increase sales and manage stock of goods. The activity begins with initial observations to carry out situation analysis, followed by carrying out community service through designing the implementation of an accounting information system. Business actors are also given training to use point of sale applications in carrying out sales transactions which were previously carried out manually. With this training activity, business actors feel very helped, making it easier to achieve increased company performance and become the company's strength in facing competition.

Abstract

Bullying is an act of intimidating and forcing a weaker individual or group to do something againts their will the intention of causing physical, mental or emotional harm through verbal or physical harassment and assault. In the 1945 State Constitution Article 28 B Paragraph 2, which states “Every child has the right to survival, growth and development and the right to protection from violence and discrimination”. This means that every Indonesian child has the right to live, grow in an environment that is conducive physically, mentally abd develop without interference in the form of violence. This article strictly speaking, children must not receive discrimination in any form.The impact and benefits of socialization activities on legal understanding and character education are that students gain additional knowledge about preventing bullying against themselves and their environment and gain in depth insight into the impact of bullying among teenagers, so that students are able to apply ways to deal with it when bullying accurs at scholl and prevent bullying at school.

Abstract

Technological developments also affect the development of the economic and business world. From the problems of MSMEs and previous community service experiences, the community service team provided assistance and application of marketing video-making technology to 5 members of MSMEs KPM PKH Graduasi, Suruh District, Semarang Regency. In this service, the community service team also provided several equipment and tools to support the making of good marketing videos. The MSMEs that the team chose are MSMEs that sell products that can be videoed with the help of the facilities that will be provided. The five MSMEs consist of MSMEs with culinary businesses (cakes and chips), clothing resellers and handicraft businesses (furniture). In the video-making training, they directly use the products owned by MSMEs.

Abstract

The existence of a large nation cannot be separated from the problem of unemployment. Eradicating unemployment will not be resolved immediately, but with high commitment to the policies taken by the government it can reduce the number of unemployed. Entrepreneurial Literacy is promoted in creating youth independence to reduce the existence of unemployment. Jatidrojog Village, which contains mostly elderly people with a background mostly as farmers, and seeing the potential for many young people who do not have jobs (unemployed), inspired researchers to provide education on the importance of entrepreneurial literacy at a young age, namely by providing training to young people from the Jatidrojog Village Youth Organization. through lecture and discussion methods as well as implementation of practices and solutions in fostering youth independence. The aim of this community service is that it is hoped that the young people of Jatidrojog Village will understand the importance of entrepreneurial literacy before starting an entrepreneurial business, so that with the involvement of young people in the entrepreneurial field, the youth's independence in pursuing this business field can be utilized by the surrounding community.
