This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of character and religious values as an effort to develop children with noble character. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 08 Salimpaung, Jorong Salimpaung, Nagari Malalak Utara, Malalak District, Agam Regency, involving 29 students aged 7–12 years. The method employed socialization with an educational approach through PowerPoint presentations, inspirational storytelling, discussions, material delivery, and question-and-answer sessions. The materials covered honesty, discipline, responsibility, respect for parents and teachers, helping others, and the use of the three important expressions: please, thank you, and sorry. The results demonstrated students’ enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity, particularly during storytelling and question-and-answer sessions. The activity contributed positively to strengthening students’ understanding of character and religious values and supported the development of positive behaviors in their daily lives. Therefore, character and religious education through interactive socialization can serve as an effective approach to supporting children’s moral development.
