<![CDATA[Village libraries play a strategic role in improving community access to reading materials and supporting the development of a culture of literacy. However, the Bunda MDTA Hamima Library in Pekan Heran Village still faces challenges such as suboptimal spatial layout, a book collection that is not systematically organized, and limited supporting facilities. This community service project aims to improve the quality of library management and utilization through a revitalization program. The method used is a participatory approach involving KKN students, village officials, and library staff through the stages of observation, coordination, implementation of revitalization, and monitoring and evaluation. Activities included sorting and categorizing the collection, verifying book identities, arranging shelves and the reading room, and improving facilities. The results of the activities showed an increase in the neatness and organization of the collection, optimized spatial layout, and the creation of a cleaner and more comfortable reading environment. Most of the success indicators have been met, making the library better prepared to serve as a learning space and literacy center. The sustainability of the program requires periodic maintenance of the collection and consistency on the part of the managers in preserving the results of the revitalization.]]>
