This study aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and impact of school principal leadership based on Tri Hita Karana in improving the quality of education. Tri Hita Karana, as a local wisdom philosophy emphasizing the harmonious relationship between humans and God (parahyangan), fellow humans (pawongan), and the environment (palemahan), serves as the value foundation in educational leadership practices. The research method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various relevant scientific articles from accredited national journals and international journals. The literature selection process was conducted through stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion based on predetermined criteria. The findings indicate that school principal leadership based on Tri Hita Karana contributes to the improvement of school culture, harmonious social relationships, and the strengthening of character values within the educational environment. Furthermore, this approach supports the creation of sustainable school management oriented toward spiritual, social, and ecological balance. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the development of educational leadership models based on local wisdom.
