<![CDATA[Entrepreneurship is one of the efforts to enhance community economic independence through the development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes. However, many community members still have limited understanding of strategies for starting and developing a business. Therefore, entrepreneurship training is needed to improve entrepreneurial competencies. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance participants' knowledge, understanding, and motivation regarding successful entrepreneurship strategies. The program was conducted at UPTD SPNF SKB Ungaran on June 18, 2026, involving 16 participants. The training methods included interactive lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and case studies. The results showed that participants actively engaged in all training sessions and demonstrated improved understanding of basic entrepreneurship concepts, business opportunity identification, marketing strategies, basic business management, and the importance of creativity and innovation in business development. The training also increased participants' motivation to start and develop their own businesses. Therefore, entrepreneurship success strategy training can serve as an effective community empowerment approach to strengthen entrepreneurial competencies and foster independent and competitive entrepreneurs.]]>
