Abstract

Siswa SMK N 1 Batipuh tidak paham tentang cara menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), selama melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN)  di Dunia Usaha atau Dunia Industri (DU/DI) sedangkan dalam kurikulum sudah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi materi pembelajaran RAB dengan materi Dunia Usaha atau Dunia Industri (DU/DI) di SMK N 1 Batipuh. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling (area sampling), lokasi sampel penelitian yaitu di Kota Padang dengan jumlah responden 5 DU/DI di kota Padang, data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan teknik skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran RAB relevan dengan DU/DI yaitu 64%, dan 36% tidak relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi pembelajaran RAB relevan dengan materi di DU/DI dari beberapa tempat siswa SMK N 1 Batipuh melaksanakan PRAKERIN.

Abstract

Pengangguran terjadi karena terbatasnya jumlah lapangan kerja yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pencari kerja. Salah satu penyebab kurangnya penyerapan tenaga kerja bagi yang sudah lulus kuliah, karena tujuan setelah lulus mencari kerja, bukan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Perguruan Tinggi mempunyai peranan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat wirausaha masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi memberikan mata kuliah pendidikan kewirausahaan. Motivasi merupakan dorongan individu untuk berbuat sesuatu sesuai dengan tujuannya. Motivasi dapat mempengaruhi minat seseorang dalam berwieausaha. Motivasi berwirausaha dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk berperilaku aktif dalam berwirausaha. Lingkungan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha. Lingkungan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha Minat berwirausaha dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik pada mahasiswa yang tumbuh di lingkungan wirausahawan. Tujuan penelitian, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirusaha dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiwa Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial Ibu Kartini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif diolah dengan metode statistic SPSS versi 20, menggunakan analisa data regresi linier berganda. Populasi diambil dari mahasiswa AKS Ibu Kartini yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Mahasiswa semester IV sebanyak 75 mahasiswa, semester VI sebanyak 82 mahasiswa dan diambil menggunakan Random Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 61 orang. Hasil penelitian: pendidikan kewiraushaan, motivasi berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah lingkungan keluarga yaitu dengan nilai beta 0,401. Motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh sebesar 0,351, sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh sebesar 0,142

Abstract

Making a modern bun from coconut fiber to support your appearance can be an idea for a business opportunity because the coconut fiber fiber material does not require too much additional material, so the price of a modern bun from coconut fiber is relatively cheaper. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the process of making a modern bun from coconut fiber, validate the modern bun from coconut fiber, and the public's acceptance of the modern bun from coconut fiber. Data collection uses the methods of observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The sensory test results from 3 coloring trials on the bun were declared valid on product 3 with a total average color of 4.5, a total average texture of 4.3, a total average of packaging of 4.5, while the total the average aroma is 4.1. The results of the public test showed that people's acceptance was at the highest level of liking in experiment 3 with an average total of 4.5 colors, a texture of 4.3, an average total of packaging of 4.5 while an average total of aroma of 4.1. From the research results, making modern buns from coconut fiber is quite good, creative and innovative, so it can be a business opportunity.

Abstract

This study uses hot glue as the main material for making 3D nail art accessories because of its ease of formation and its potential to reduce nailist dependence on 3D accessory techniques. The author made 3D nail art accessories with and without tool molding, with the aim of understanding the manufacturing process, assessing feasibility, and evaluating the level of public preference for this product. This study used observation, literature, documentation, questionnaire, experiment, and qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the second experiment showed that nail art products from hot glue had high feasibility, with the highest scores on the color indicators (14), adhesion (15), and neatness (14), and designs that received a decent score (13). Public tests from 30 respondents showed a high level of agreement on the aspects of color (4.3), adhesion (3.9), neatness (4.3), and design (4.2). The process of making 3D nail art accessories from hot glue using tool molding involved applying baby oil, shooting hot glue, and cutting with scissors. This study suggests the need for further research to improve the design and color variations of 3D nail art accessories made from hot glue.

Abstract

Korean wave perm is the latest trend in curling hair. The price of the tools used is in the range of Rp1,000,000 to Rp5,000,000. The purpose of this research is to replace the digital perm tool with a hair dryer so that production costs can be reduced. The methods used in this research are observation, documentation, interviews, literature, questionnaires and experimental methods. Based on the assessment by 5 expert validators about the feasibility technique of using a hair dryer as a tool in curling that the technique effectiveness indicator scored 21 said to be feasible, time efficiency score 23 said to be very feasible, the cost got 21 said to be feasible, and the final result got 24 said to be very feasible. In addition, a public test was conducted to see the results of the public's level of liking for the technique of using a hair dryer as a curling tool by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents, the results of which were 100% agreed that hair dryers could replace digital perm tools as well as save pioneering salon expenses, in the final results of the technique 55% of respondents liked it, 26.7% of respondents quite liked it and 18.3% of respondents really liked it so that 98.3% of respondents agreed that hair dryers could replace digital perm. It can be concluded that the hair dryer is feasible to use as a substitute for digital perm tools in curling korean wave perm.

Abstract

AKS Ibu Kartini is a Vocational College where 80% of student activities are in work laboratories which are at risk of work accidents, so it is necessary to conduct outreach on the introduction of Occupational Safety, Health and the Environment (K3L). The aim of the outreach is for participants to know and apply K3L at work to improve health, minimize work risks, create a healthy work environment, and increase work productivity and healthy living behavior with Zero Waste. The methods used for socialization are interactive lectures, Javanese questions and discussions.Training on introducing Safety, Occupational Health and the Environment (K3L) and Healthy Living Behavior with Zero Waste was given to semester 1 students during the Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) activity. This training begins with filling in the participant attendance list, then officially opening the activity, providing materials, followed by questions and answers and discussion, then ends with a group photo. The level of success of this training can be concluded through 2 (two) indicators, namely participant enthusiasm and student enthusiasm in the smooth running of this socialization activity, starting from the preparation process to implementation and participants having knowledge in answering quizzes

Abstract

CV Pandu Wisata Edutama is a MSE that produces and markets the Shan Shan Water brand. Business location in Kandri Village RT. 05 RW. 01, Kandri Village. Gunungpati District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. UMK Shan Shan Water has had a business license since August 3 2020. Shan Shan Water produces demineralized drinking water. The aim of the activity is: To provide an understanding of the concept of marketing strategy, and to be able to apply the marketing mix (7P) in the sale of Shan Shan Water drinking water, so that it can increase sales of CV Pandu Wisata Edutama. The method for carrying out activities is interactive lectures, namely the method used to convey material by presenting and explaining the material that has been prepared. Discussion method, namely the resource person and participants conduct a dialogue about Marketing Strategies to Increase CV Sales. Edutama Tourist Guide. Question and answer method, which is used to determine participants' responses and level of understanding. Socialization activities on marketing strategies for Shan Shan Water drinking water products provide additional knowledge about strategies in marketing demineralized drinking water products. Abstract

Skincare are very important for facial care. There are various skin problems one of which is premature aging and dull skin. The perpose of the writer is to know and explain the process making mangosteen skin serum and white rice as anti-aging and brightening, to find out and explain the benefits of mangosteen skin and white rice as anti-aging and brightening and to explain the public acceptance of the mangosteen skin serum and the white rice as anti-aging and brightening. the methoud used is observation, documentation, experiment, interview, questionares and literature. The third experiment produced the composition are 2ml glyserin, 1,5ml mangosteen extract, 1,5ml white rice extract, 5ml aquades, 0,5ml phenoxythanol, 1gr allantoin and 0,5g hydroxtethyl cellulose. Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.
