Overconsumption has become a growing issue among Generation Z, influenced by the rise of digital trends, social media, and consumer culture. This design project aims to increase awareness and understanding of the impacts of overconsumption among Generation Z aged 18–25 through an educational graphic book that is engaging and easy to understand. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires involving 100 respondents, and literature studies, then analyzed using STP and SWOT approaches. The final outcome is a graphic book titled “Kembali ke Cukup” that presents a story about the causes, impacts, and simple solutions to build more mindful consumption habits. The visual style uses narrative illustration, stylized characters, visual metaphors, and maximalist compositions with layered objects to represent overconsumption. This graphic book is expected to become an effective educational medium that encourages readers to reflect on their daily consumption behavior and make more conscious choices.
