This study aims to describe the results of an analysis of the influence of leadership (Transformational, Transactional, Laissez-Faire) on Civil Servant performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Palu City Regional Secretariat. This research is a causal/quantitative study, aiming to demonstrate the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables studied. The population in this study included all ASN and PPPK employees working at the Palu City Regional Secretariat Office, Central Sulawesi Province, totaling 241 people, and a sample size of 95 individuals. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the assistance of Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of the study indicate that leadership (Transformational, Transactional, Laissez Faire) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Palu City Regional Secretariat. Leadership (Transformational, Transactional, Laissez Faire) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Palu City Regional Secretariat. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Palu City Regional Secretariat. Likewise, leadership (Transformational, Transactional, Laissez Faire) has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Palu City Regional Secretariat.
