This study aims to analyze the structural adjustments made to the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at an integrated Quran-based school, specifically SMP Alquran Terpadu Yanbu'ul Quran 1 Pati. The research focuses on the nature of the curriculum adjustments, the structure of Islamic instruction, and the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum within the school's instructional system. A qualitative field research approach was employed. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and document analysis, involving the school principal, the deputy principal for curriculum affairs, and Diniyah (religious studies) teachers. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the Islamic Religious Education curriculum structure was adjusted by incorporating subjects based on classical Islamic texts (kitab), such as Hadith, Tafsir, Tawhid, Akhlaq, Fiqh, Tarikh, Nahwu, Shorof, Ubudiyah, Imla’ Pegon, Qiroatul Kutub, and Arabic. The Islamic instructional structure was designed to be progressive and integrated, supporting students' abilities in reading classical texts and performing daily acts of worship, as well as fostering their religious character. Curriculum implementation was carried out through both classroom instruction and daily religious activities.
