<![CDATA[Kelompok Wanita Tani Wana Lestari in Dara Kunci Village, Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency, is a productive community group engaged in cashew production within a Community Forestry area. The main challenges faced by the group include the limited utilization of cashew apples, inadequate processing technology, limited skills in operating processing machinery, and conventional marketing practices. Developing cashew-based products is socially and economically important to increase value-added production through the utilization of cashew pulp, skin, and kernels, while also creating business opportunities, increasing household income, and strengthening the community’s economic self-reliance. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance production capacity, processing skills, and digital marketing capabilities through the application of appropriate technology. The program employed a participatory approach involving socialization, training, technology demonstrations, hands-on practice, mentoring, and evaluation involving 30 group members. The technologies introduced included a cashew nut shelling machine, drying oven, and packaging machine, accompanied by training in cashew nut processing and cashew apple floss production. The evaluation results demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge of processing technology, from 20% to 100%, and in machinery operation skills, from 10% to 100%. The partners successfully produced various flavored cashew nut products and cashew apple floss with attractive packaging and market-ready presentation. Overall, the program improved human resource capacity, increased product value-added, and strengthened the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through product diversification and digital marketing.]]>
