<![CDATA[Work accidents in hospital nutrition installations remain a concern due to exposure to hazards such as sharp tools, hot equipment, slippery floors, and repetitive tasks. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) knowledge and length of service are factors that may influence the occurrence of such accidents. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between OSH knowledge and length of service with work accidents among food service workers at the Nutrition Installation of Dr. Moewardi Regional Hospital, Surakarta. This research used a quantitative analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 39 food service workers, and total sampling was applied. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires. Univariate analysis described respondent characteristics, while bivariate analysis used the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most respondents had moderate OSH knowledge (66.7%), had worked for more than 10 years (61.5%), and had never experienced work accidents (89.7%). Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between OSH knowledge and work accidents (p = 0.034; r = 0.341). In contrast, length of service was not significantly related to work accidents (p = 0.477; r = −0.117). In conclusion, OSH knowledge has a significant association with work accidents, whereas length of service does not. Therefore, hospitals are encouraged to strengthen OSH implementation through regular training, education, and monitoring to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.]]>
