<![CDATA[King Koffie is a business engaged in the production of ground coffee and coffee roasting. In its production activities, the company relies on coffee bean supplies from several suppliers, each with different characteristics. Currently, the supplier selection process at King Koffie is still carried out conventionally and largely depends on subjective considerations, such as the closeness of relationships and long-term cooperation, without a systematic evaluation. This study employs the ORESTE method to determine the priority ranking of suppliers. The evaluation criteria include quality, price, responsiveness/service, and delivery. The ORESTE method is applied to identify the best Arabica coffee bean supplier based on the priority of criteria established by the business owner. The results indicate that the weights of the criteria are 0.5208 for quality, 0.2708 for price, 0.1458 for responsiveness/service, and 0.0625 for delivery. These findings show that quality is the most important criterion in the supplier selection process. The preference values calculated using the distance score are 2.182367621 for Supplier A, 3.183554881 for Supplier B, 2.419090234 for Supplier C, 2.92661611 for Supplier D, and 2.686041486 for Supplier E. Since the supplier with the lowest preference value is considered the highest priority, Supplier A is identified as the best supplier with a preference value of 2.182367621.]]>
