This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of overseas training programs within the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) based on the perceptions of alumni, colleagues, and supervisors. A total of 58 respondents participated through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, Spearman correlation, and the Kruskal–Wallis test. The results indicate that the overseas training programs were perceived as highly effective, with average scores ranging from 4.20 to 4.50 and a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.970, signifying excellent instrument reliability. Correlation analysis revealed strong positive relationships among variables (rₛ = 0.73–0.88), while the Kruskal–Wallis test (average p = 0.23) showed no significant differences among respondent groups. These findings confirm that BMKG’s overseas training programs effectively enhance individual competencies, foster workplace collaboration, and improve overall organizational effectiveness consistently across all hierarchical levels.
