<![CDATA[Effective human resource management is essential for ensuring the continuity of company operations, particularly in production divisions characterized by high work pressure. PT XYZ, an agribusiness company in the poultry sector, faces issues related to employees’ Turnover Intention in the production division, which are suspected to be influenced by working conditions and levels of job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment on Turnover Intention, the effect of job satisfaction on Turnover Intention, and the simultaneous effect of both variables on the Turnover Intention of production employees. This study employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population and sample consisted of 43 production employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on Turnover Intention (tcalculated = 2.101 > ttable = 2.021; sig. = 0.042). Job satisfaction also had a significant effect on Turnover Intention (tcalculated = 4.705 > ttable = 2.021; sig. = 0.001). Simultaneously, the work environment and job satisfaction had a significant effect on Turnover Intention (Fcalculated = 71.171 > Ftable = 3.232; sig. = 0.001). It can be concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, play an important role in reducing employees’ Turnover Intention. Therefore, the company needs to continuously improve both aspects.]]>
