Abstract

Human resources are an integral part and play a important role in an organization. In this case found a problem with the management such as lack of disipline and lack of supervision.The research method uses descriptive research methods with quantitative research, because the number of studies is 31 people, the research sample taken is 31. Because the number of samples is based on population, the saturated sampling technique is used. With technical analysis of correlation test data. This correlation test stated that the closeness of the relationship between work discipline and leadership on employee performance is very strong if the value of r> 0.5 and Multiple Linear Regression Test, with the equation: Y = 4,793 + b1 X1 + b2 X2The results of this study have the effect of work discipline on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang, there is an influence of leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang. The results of the simultaneous test obtained Fcount values with a real level of 5%. The value of free degree for numerator was greater than Ftable (16,802> 3,33) and Sig F was smaller than α (0,000 <0,05) so that there was a significant effect between work discipline and leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang. Based on the research data, it is stated that there are influences of work discipline and leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Abstract

Transformational Leadership and good interpersonal communication will be one of the motivating factors for employees to carry out their work optimally. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in job satisfaction through the application of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication in the production section of PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. Research method What the author uses is an associative quantitative method, where the process of taking samples from a population involves 58 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of this research indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. (H1) fever has a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.322 < 2.004). Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. (H2) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (5.590 > 2.004). Simultaneously, transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have an effect on increasing satisfaction. (H3) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and f count > f table (124,874 > 3.16). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication, either partially or simultaneously, have a significant influence on increasing job satisfaction

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important parts to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Stress and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the HR department at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya Cilegon-Banten City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving a population and a sample of 93 employees in the HR department. The data was analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that Work Stress had a significant influence on employee performance (H1) with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and calculated > ttable (3,271 > 1,987).  Work discipline also had a significant effect on employee performance (H2) with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and calculated > ttable (3,274 > 1,987). Simultaneously, Work Stress and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H3) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcal > Ftabel (8,734 > 3,089). The conclusion of this study is that Work Stress and Work Discipline have a significant influence on employee performance in the HR department at PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya Cilegon-Banten City, both individually and together.

Abstract

Sistem perkuliahan inovasi pembelajaran saat ini berbeda dari sebelumnya yaitu berupa sistem perkuliahan online yang diakibatkan oleh merebaknya covid-19. Mahasiswa masih beradaptasi dengan perubahan sistem perkuliahan, dimana mahasiswa dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dari rumah masing-masing, menghafal konsep untuk diskusi perkuliahan, sehingga sebagian mahasiswa memiliki pehamaman konsep yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengintegrasikan potensi lokal pada mata kuliah inovasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk Classroom Action Research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tahapan-tahapannya sebagai berikut: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan evaluasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi semester VI UNDIKMA tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Data pemahaman konsep siswa pada siklus 1 mencapai KK 67 %, meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi KK 88% dengan kategori tuntas. Untuk itu disimpulkan bahwa pengintegrasian potensi lokal pada mata kuliah inovasi pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi strategi perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di PT. Nestle Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di sektor makanan dan minuman. Fokus utama penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan SDM, pengembangan karyawan, pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan, diversifikasi tenaga kerja, penerapan teknologi Sumber Daya Manusia (HR), serta monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja. PT. Nestle Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk perubahan lingkungan bisnis, ketidakpastian ekonomi, pergantian demografis, dan tantangan teknologi. Namun, melalui perencanaan SDM yang baik, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan peluang seperti inovasi, peningkatan keterampilan karyawan, peningkatan kinerja, dan diversifikasi tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perencanaan SDM yang bersifat holistik dan adaptif memainkan peran kunci dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi yang optimal di tengah dinamika bisnis yang senantiasa berubah. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini dapat membantu organisasi sejenis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi SDM mereka.

Abstract

The company has employees whose performance is quality to improve all activities within the company. The better the employee's performance, the better it is to increase the company's success. The purpose of this research is to determine partial or simultaneous improvement in employee performance through transformational leadership and employee career development. Using a causal associative type quantitative approach with saturated sampling where the sample was taken from the entire population of 47 respondents. Using SPSS version 26 for data analysis.The results of this research show that the transformational leadership variable has tcount > ttable or 4.329 > 2.015 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. The Employee Career Development variable has a value of tcount < ttable or 9.738 > 2.015 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. so it can be seen that the value of fcount > ftable or 85,545 > 3.21 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value was 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% was an increase in other variables that were not explained in this study. So it is concluded that there is an increase in employee performance through transformational leadership and employee career development simultaneously and significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to improve performance through organizational climate, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership and job satisfaction as intervaning variables. This research uses a survey method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 285 lecturers at 6 private universities in the city of Serang, Banten. This research uses a combined research method (mixed methods). Researchers use this type of design which is analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research show that Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, and Transformational Leadership have a significant positive direct influence on the Job Satisfaction of lecturers at the Private University of Serang Banten City. Strengthening these aspects can increase Job Satisfaction. Apart from that, there is a direct positive influence of Organizational Climate, Interpersonal Communication, and Job Satisfaction on lecturer performance. Strengthening the Organizational Climate and Interpersonal Communication can directly improve lecturer performance, while Job Satisfaction also has a direct positive influence on lecturer performance. In addition, the findings show that there is a positive indirect influence of Organizational Climate on lecturer performance through increasing Job Satisfaction. The results of this research provide an important contribution to the development of university management strategies to improve the quality of teaching and lecturer performance in the educational environment. The practical implication of this research is that private university management in Serang City needs to pay attention to and improve organizational climate, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership as an effort to increase lecturers' job satisfaction, which in turn will have a positive impact on their performance. This research suggestion involves recommendations for improving the performance of private university lecturers in Serang City, Banten. It is recommended that university management focus on developing organizational climate, strengthening interpersonal communication, and engaging in transformational leadership training

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the inventory management practices utilized in household equipment stores located in Pasar Royal, Serang City, as well as the difficulties that store owners encounter when managing their inventory. This study used qualitative research methods, including conducting in-depth interviews, observing, and analyzing documents from within the store. The findings revealed that the retailers utilized various inventory management practices, ranging from straightforward to more organized approaches. Store owners must contend with several obstacles, including inaccurate demand predictions, supply uncertainty, and a need for more efficient inventory management systems. On the other hand, certain stores have implemented improvement strategies, such as Just-in-Time (JIT) methods and the utilization of inventory management software, which have accomplished the goal of increasing both the overall store performance and the operational efficiency of the store. This study emphasizes the importance of better inventory management practices in achieving efficiency transformation in home improvement stores

Abstract

This study aims to investigate global human resource management (HRM) strategies for addressing multicultural challenges in the digital era. The primary focus is how multinational corporations manage cultural diversity by leveraging digital technologies. To gather information from multinational corporations in Southeast Asia the research utilized a qualitative methodology that included semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions. The findings indicate that incorporating digital technologies, including performance management systems and cross-cultural communication tools, markedly enhances the efficacy of HRM by promoting collaboration and transparency. These technologies also enable cross-cultural training tailored to employees' cultural backgrounds, closing cultural gaps and increasing inclusivity. Policies supporting technology use in HRM include fair training and evaluation guidelines. The findings of this study offer new viewpoints on how technology-based and adaptable human resource management strategies can assist multinational corporations in addressing multicultural challenges in the digital era

Abstract

Human resource management is the process of dealing with various problems in the workplace so that company activities can be supported to achieve predetermined goals. Humans constitute one of the components of the organization, consisting of individuals employed by the organization. This study seeks to assess initiatives that promote innovation via Employee Welfare and Work Culture within the online loan sector at PT Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera, Branch of Serang. The method used was a quantitative survey using SPSS 29 software, with a population of 48 respondents and a saturated sample. The results showed that the Employee Welfare variable 3,150 and Work Culture variable 2,993 were all greater than Table 1.679, so Ho was rejected. The Fcount value is 28.135, greater than Ftable 3.20, which means Ho is rejected. Partially, the Employee Welfare and Work Culture variables encourage innovation, and simultaneously, these two variables also encourage employee innovation at PT Amaan Indonesia Sejahtera, Serang Branch
