<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the phenomenon of the weakening integrity of Christian families, which is reflected in the inconsistency between the confession of faith and everyday practices within the congregation. This situation indicates a gap between theological understanding and its practical implementation in family life. The purpose of this study is to formulate a community-based faith development model rooted in the doctrine of salvation to strengthen the integrity of families at Oikoumene Church, PT. Sampoerna Agro. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation and relevant theological literature study. The results of the study show that faith development integrated within small communities, with a focus on understanding salvation as a process of life transformation, can significantly improve the consistency of faith, the quality of family relationships, and the spiritual responsibility of church members. This community-based approach has proven to be effective in reinforcing the integrity of Christian families, making it more contextual, relevant, and sustainable. Therefore, this faith development model makes a strategic contribution to building families with integrity, while also facilitating spiritual growth and more harmonious relationships within the congregation.]]>
