<![CDATA[The purpose of developing a multipurpose basketball hoop is to serve as a tool that facilitates the learning process for sports coaching education students at Gunung Leuser University, thereby making it more effective. The research method used in this study is the research and development method. These three attributes are standards, ongoing evaluation, and project management. Meanwhile, the three stages are the planning stage, the design stage, and the development stage. . Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the multipurpose basketball shooting media product for the instruction of sports coaching education students at Gunung Leuser University was deemed valid by a team of experts; The results of the media validity assessment by media experts were obtained and analyzed, yielding the validity test results for the multipurpose basketball shooting media for the instruction of sports coaching education students at Gunung Leuser University, with an average score of 97 in the “valid/practical” category. The results of the content validity assessment by content experts, based on data collected and analyzed, showed that the content validity test for the multipurpose shooting media for basketball in the sports coaching education program at Gunung Leuser University yielded an average score of 96. The practicality of the product developed after being tested on sports coaching education students at Gunung Leuser University; the results of the small-group trial showed that the practicality score for 10 students was 81.8.
