This article discusses the Community Service (PKM) activities in collaboration with an academic field trip in Huta Siallagan and Lumban Manik, Samosir Regency, on June 5-6, 2026. This activity aims to strengthen the understanding of culture as a tourism asset, regional identity, and local economic opportunities that need to be managed sustainably. The implementation method was carried out through talk shows, participatory discussions, interactive activities with children, field observations, and coffee tourism entrepreneurship dialogues. The results of the activities show that Huta Siallagan becomes an educational space about tangible and intangible cultural heritage, while Lumban Manik shows that children's tourism, beaches, and local coffee can be developed as educational experiences. The dialogue with Manik Brothers Coffee emphasized the importance of local narratives, production processes, and coffee tourism packages as a community empowerment strategy.
