This study aims to analyze the conformity of rehabilitation practices and social reintegration mechanisms for pedophilia offenders at the Class IIB State Detention Center in Sidikalang with the legal provisions of the correctional system. The research method applied is normative-empirical legal research with a qualitative approach, combining statutory analysis and field data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that correctional regulations serve as the foundation for rehabilitation and reintegration, yet they do not specifically regulate rehabilitation for pedophilia offenders. Personality development, self-reliance training, and integration programs have been implemented according to existing rules, but they lack continuous psychological services, sexual behavior therapy, and professional counseling. Supporting factors include inmate awareness, family support, and inter-agency coordination, while obstacles involve the absence of specific technical guidelines, limited resources, and persistent social stigma. This research is expected to contribute to more effective correctional policies.
