Abstract

The National Insight Test which was followed by KPK employees in the context of changing their status to ASN has given rise to pros and cons. The results of the TWK which later gave birth to SK 652, the KPK is considered by some to have no legal basis or is considered to have committed human rights violations. This paper analyzes the problem from the legal aspect. The questions that will be answered in this paper are: 1). Does TWK have a juridical basis; 2). What is the legal impact of TWK on KPK employees; 3). What efforts should be made by KPK employees who do not meet the requirements in fighting for their rights to become ASN. The research is a doctrinal research that uses a statutory and conceptual approach. From the results of the study it was found that TWK is a requirement made by the KPK leadership in order to transfer the status of KPK employees to ASN. The authority of the KPK in making these conditions comes from PP41/2020. The legal impact of TWK is the transition of the status of KPK employees who meet the requirements to become ASN. While the legal impact for those who do not meet the requirements is the loss of their rights to become ASN and ASN candidates starting 2 years after the enactment of Law 19/2019

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah hubungan internasional melalui metode active debate. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jurusan PPKn, khususnya di kelas regular C dengan waktu penelitian dimulai pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan November tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (CAR) Class Action Researce yang berawal dari permasalahan yang muncul di dalam kelas. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non tes. Tes yang diberikan berbentuk pilihan berganda dan non tes bersifat lembar obeservasi aktivitas kegiatan belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode active debate memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Dalam hal peningkatan hasil belajar, penerapan metode active debate ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 86.6 pada siklus II. Sementara itu aktivitas belajar mahasiswa juga meningkat dengan menggunakan metode active debate ini. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari tujuh butir penilaian untuk melihat aktivitas belajar, yaitu keberanian dan semangat untuk mengungkapkan argumentasi; keterampilan dan kemampuan untuk bertanya: keterampilan dan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menjawab; menyampaikan pendapat tentang materi; penalaran yang rasional dalam menyampaikan pendapat; aktif dan bertanggung jawab dalam selama proses; dan menghargai perbedaan pendapat. Semuanya mengalami yang signifikan. Dari data penelitian dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan model active debate respon mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Hubungan Internasional cenderung baik dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Community Service Activities aims to improve the quality of financial bookkeeping management, the quality of packaging and trademarks for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Karang Anyar Village. The problems faced by Partners here are; (1) financial management has not been recorded continuously and is manual without having a record between capital and profits, (2) rengginang packaging using kiloan plastic so that the packaging is easily torn, and the packaging is not attractive and does not yet have a trademark. The solution offered here, Partners are given training, education, assistance, socialization, and the delivery of Appropriate Technology (TTG) regarding the problems faced by Partners. The method of implementing the service program will be carried out in a gradual, sustainable and comprehensive approach through direct communication or through intensive communication tools with partners, so that the implementation of activities can be carried out in a guided manner, with the primary aim of improving the community's economy in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) ) with Rengginang food business.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has abundant genetic resources, multi ethnicity, and diverse cultures. This situation makes Indonesia very rich in traditional knowledge. Protecting traditional knowledge is very important because traditional knowledge is the identity of the community as the owner. Through Article 18B Paragraph (2) and Article 28I Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, traditional knowledge which is a traditional right and the identity of the indigenous culture are implicitly recognized as constitutional rights. Protection of traditional knowledge in Indonesia is regulated in the Copyright Law, Patent Law, and Culture Promotion Act. However, the protection of traditional knowledge in Indonesia has not been optimal, because it has not provided adequate protection to traditional knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate Eco-Literacy Citizenship Education materials based on cultural value. This teaching material was developed in the Citizenship Education (PKn) subject in Higher Education. The development of teaching materials aims to strengthen citizenship competence, especially students' responsible attitudes towards various global issues such as the environment. The teaching materials developed integrate the principles of environmental awareness and the values ​​of Indonesian local wisdom. The method used is research and development (R&D) by Borg and Gall (1983). Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The subjects in this study were adjusted to the stages of the research. For introduction, the respondents were 30 Universitas Negeri Medan’s students from the three of study programs, namely Elementary School Teacher Education, Computer Science Engineering Education and Pancasila and Citizenship Education. At the planning stage and initial product development, the subjects of the research were 4 lecturers of Citizenship Education courses. While at the stage of field testing, the subjects of the research were 2 experts on the subject of Citizenship Education. The results of the study indicate that Eco-literacy Citizenship Education Materials based on cultural value are needed to strengthen student citizenship competencies. Expert validation results get an average score of 86.50. These results indicate that the teaching materials developed are categorized as suitable for use in the next test.

Abstract

Menurunnya nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda semakin memprihatinkan di Indonesia akibat perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menurunnya nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda di Indonesia, khususnya siswa-siswi di MAN 1 Medan, akibat perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap nasionalisme, seperti mengikuti upacara bendera, menjaga kebersihan sekolah, bergotong royong, dan disiplin, sudah diterapkan oleh sebagian siswa-siswi. Namun, masih banyak yang belum menerapkan sikap nasionalisme tersebut karena karakter menyimpang yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan. Untuk memperkuat semangat nasionalisme pada siswa-siswi, para guru telah menerapkan strategi inovatif, seperti mengenali bakat dan minat siswa-siswi, memahami karakter mereka, mengarahkan mereka untuk mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan memberikan contoh yang baik. Semangat Nasionalisme pada kalangan remaja terutama siswa siswi MAN 1 Medan memanglah harus di tingkatkan karena jika tidak di tingkatkan maka akan membuat sikap nasionalismenya menurun, menurunnya nasionalisme dapat mengancam dan menghancurkan bangsa dari dalam, karena ketahanan nasional akan melemah dan mudah ditembus oleh pihak luar. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menanamkan rasa nasionalisme pada generasi muda melalui pendidikan dan strategi inovatif lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap sikap toleransi pada siswa SMA, dengan studi kasus di SMAN 12 Medan. Bangsa Indonesia yang majemuk memerlukan toleransi untuk memperkuat integrasi nasional. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk sikap toleransi siswa. Rumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, dan kegunaan penelitian juga dijelaskan pada bagian pendahuluan. Tinjauan pustaka membahas hakikat pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan konsep sikap toleransi. Sikap individu terhadap suatu objek dapat dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai yang dianutnya atau pengalaman hidupnya. Sikap terbentuk karena adanya pengetahuan dan pemahaman, serta dapat berubah karena adanya interaksi dengan orang lain dan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewarganegaraan terhadap sikap toleransi di kalangan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa di SMAN 12 Medan memiliki kesadaran dan dukungan yang tinggi terhadap peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membangun sikap toleransi dan memperkuat integrasi nasional. Data kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa mendukung pendidikan formal dan menganggap pentingnya pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membangun sikap toleransi. Mayoritas siswa di SMAN 12 Medan meyakini peran positif sekolah dalam membentuk identitas persatuan, namun terdapat perbedaan pandangan. Tingginya dukungan terhadap integrasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan pemahaman kewarganegaraan menunjukkan potensi besar sekolah sebagai agen perubahan positif dalam membentuk sikap toleransi dikalangan siswa.

Abstract

Moral merupakan hal yang harus ddijaga dan dikembangkan setiap individu,untuk menjaga keharmonisan hidup bermasyarakat dan bernegara.di ruang lingkup sekolah,kadangkala masih banyak kita lihat berita bahwasanya siswa tidak lagi menghormati guru,contohnya melawan guru ketika dinasehati,tidak mematuhi aturan sekolah,intoleran terhadap sesama,bolos,hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwasanya moral para siswa masih kurang baik.karena ada kalimat yang mengatakan tidak ada gunanya kamu pintar,kalo attiude-mu tidak ada.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis moral para siswa di SMAN 18 Medan dalam ruang lingkup sekolah,adapun jumlah respondennya adalah 30 orang.metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu mendeskripsikan keadaan yang akan diamati di lapangan dengan lebih spesifik,transparan dan mendalam.dari 10 pertanyaan kuisoner yang dibuat,total hasil jawaban responden yang memilih setuju adalah 175 orang,sangat setuju 22 orang dan tidak setuju 113 orang.

Abstract

Community participation is a stage where the community participates in the process of drafting laws and regulations. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the background of the need for communities to participate in the process of forming laws and regulations and the challenges faced by local communities when involved in the process of forming laws and regulations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study, which is a data collection technique by reviewing books, literature, memos, and various reports related to the problem to be solved, in order to develop productivity concepts that can be used as a foundation. The results of this study show that community participation is a stage that provides opportunities for the community to participate in the preparation of laws and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the law. Community participation is a mandatory legal norm. So that public participation becomes a mandatory process when drafting laws and regulations.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the development and dynamics of employment law in Indonesia. This research method is to use a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that since the beginning of independence. In Indonesia, labor law has experienced significant developments. Currently, labor law in Indonesia regulates the rights and obligations of workers and employers, as well as determining settlement procedures. Employment disputes. However, even though there have been positive changes in labor law in Indonesia, there are still several problems that need to be addressed, such as injustice in wages, difficulties in obtaining workers’ rights, and there are still many cases of violations of workers’ rights. In conclusion. The conclusion from the discussion above shows that the development of labor law in Indonesia is very dynamic. From the 1950 Employment Law to the 2020 Omnibus Law, these regulations have undergone significant changes to accommodate needs. Society, the world of work, and economic growth. The importance of protecting workers’ rights, determining fair wages, and resolving industrial relations conflicts are crucial aspects of labor law. Although efforts to increase investment and create new jobs are recognized through the Omnibus Law, special attention to protection is needed. Workers’ rights and conflict resolution so that industrial relations remain balanced and fair.
