The purpose - of these activities is to introduce and apply the teachings of the Leadership Trilogy of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Participants in the activity were members of the Dadi Damang Youth Organization and student representatives of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The method - of implementation is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which consists of a learning process through lectures, exchange of opinions, and discussions. Results and discussion - The results achieved were that they actively discussed and asked various things related to "Ing Ngarsa sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani" in the context of leadership which is an indication of the success of this community service program in fostering leadership character based on the Tamansiswa Teachings. The output of the activity is newspaper publication and documentation photos. Conclusion - With this program, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa further emphasizes its role as an educational institution that not only focuses on teaching but also community empowerment through service activities.
