This study analyzes the influence of financial literacy and perceived risk on investment interest of Economics Education students on exchange platforms. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 163 respondents determined through proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the Weighted Least Squares (WLS) approach to meet the prerequisite test. The test results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the interest in using exchange platforms as an investment tool with a t-value of 9.484 and a significance of 0.000. Meanwhile, perceived risk has a negative effect on investment interest with a t-value of -2.600 and a significance of 0.010. When viewed from the simultaneous test, perceived risk and financial literacy have a significant effect on the interest in using exchange platforms as a tool for investment with an F of 247.075 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.755. This indicates that financial literacy is the most influential factor in increasing investment interest in students, while risk perception is a inhibiting factor. This research provides important implications for strengthening digital financial literacy and managing risk perceptions to increase student participation in exchange-based platform investments.
