<![CDATA[This community service program was implemented to enhance managerial capacity, productivity, and production efficiency at UMKM Rinjani Snacks, which faces challenges such as a non performance based wage system, limited production equipment, and conventional marketing practices. The program was carried out through an initial survey, socialization, training on productivity based wage systems, human resource management, digital marketing, and the provision of production tools such as semprong kapit molds, frying pans, and gas stoves as supporting technologies for capacity improvement. The results of the activities indicate an increase in participants understanding of productivity principles, task distribution, and digital marketing strategies, as well as positive responses to the additional equipment, which has proven to streamline production processes and increase potential output volume. Overall, the interventions provided have strengthened the business management structure, encouraged the adoption of more efficient work systems, and improved the competitiveness of the UMKM. The sustainable implementation of productivity-based wage schemes and the utilization of production technology are expected to support business continuity and local economic growth.]]>
