This study aims to analyze digital service development strategies designed to enhance user access at the Library Unit of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. The primary focus is to analyze the implementation of these strategies, as well as the roles of infrastructure, human resources, and policy. Furthermore, the study seeks to formulate appropriate and effective digital service development strategies to improve user access at the library. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method—utilizing data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation—the study is expected to provide insights and recommendations regarding effective strategies. These recommendations aim to optimize service utilization, enhance user access to information, and strengthen the roles of infrastructure, human resources, and policy in supporting the sustainability of digital services at the Library Unit of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda.
