This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of teachers work experience, work climate, and professional competence on innovative behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. This study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method. A saturated sampling or census technique was used, in which the entire population of 45 teachers was selected as the research sample. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques included prerequisite analysis tests (normality, linearity, and multicollinearity), multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (1) teachers work experience had a positive and significant partial effect on innovative behavior (t-calculated = 3.421; p 0.05); (2) work climate had a positive and significant partial effect on innovative behavior (t-calculated = 2.985; p 0.05); (3) teachers professional competence had a positive and significant partial effect on innovative behavior (t-calculated = 3.752; p 0.05); and (4) work experience, work climate, and professional competence simultaneously had a significant effect on innovative behavior at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano (F-calculated = 24.56; p 0.05), with a contribution of 68.5%, as indicated by the R value. These findings confirm that improving teachers innovative behavior requires good synergy among accumulated work experience, a supportive and conducive work climate, and the strengthening of professional competence.
