<![CDATA[Kehadiran jaringan 5G didorong oleh kebutuhan layanan mobile broadband yang lebih baik dengan latency yang rendah serta keandalan yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Implementasi jaringan 5G di Indonesia masih terbatas di kota-kota besar saja. Kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Dukuh Atas di Kota Jakarta menjadi salah satu wilayah yang telah tercakup oleh jaringan 5G, milik provider Telkomsel. Hadirnya jaringan 5G di kawasan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi tingginya kepadatan jaringan seluler yang diakibatkan tingginya intensitas aktivitas di kawasan ini. Analisis kinerja jaringan dilakukan untuk menilai apakah jaringan 5G tersebut telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Parameter kinerja jaringan yaitu latency, throughput, jitter, dan packet loss diukur menggunakan aplikasi Speedtest dan dilakukan pada kondisi hari libur dan kerja serta di tiga waktu yang berbeda. Pengukuran cakupan jaringan juga dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Network Cell Info. Hasil pengukuran dan analisis yang dilakukan menunjukan hanya parameter throughput downlink yang memiliki kinerja sesuai standar IMT-2020. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa jitter terbukti memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap latency, throughput downlink, dan throughput uplink. Sedangkan, packet loss hanya terbukti memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kedua throughput, yang mengindikasikan parameter jitter memiliki peranan yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja jaringan 5G tersebut. Ditemukan pula bahwa jitter dan packet loss secara bersama-sama terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap latency, throughput downlink, dan throughput uplink, meskipun tidak selalu menyebabkan degradasi terhadap kinerja dari ketiga parameter tersebut. Sebagai tambahan, jaringan 5G tersebut mencakup Kawasan TOD Dukuh Atas dengan baik. Abstact The advent of 5G networks is propelled by the demand for enhanced mobile broadband services featuring low latency and high reliability, thereby enhancing user experience. The deployment of 5G networks in Indonesia remains predominantly concentrated in major metropolitan areas. A notable instance is the Dukuh Atas Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area in Jakarta, where Telkomsel has deployed its 5G network. The 5G network's deployment is anticipated to address the congestion of cellular networks, primarily due to the high density of activities in this area. A performance evaluation of the 5G network is conducted to ascertain its compliance with designated standards. Network performance metrics, including latency, throughput, jitter, and packet loss, are assessed using the Speedtest application. These measurements are taken under both holiday and work conditions, and at three distinct times. Network coverage measurements are also carried out using the Network Cell Info application. The measurement and analysis results show that only the downlink throughput parameter meets the IMT-2020 standard. In addition, it was found that jitter has a significant relationship with latency, downlink throughput, and uplink throughput. Conversely, packet loss only demonstrated a significant relationship with both throughputs, suggesting that the jitter parameter plays a more substantial role in the performance of the 5G network. Furthermore, jitter and packet loss jointly influenced latency, downlink throughput, and uplink throughput, though not necessarily causing degradation to the performance of all three parameters. Additionally, 5G network coverage in the Dukuh Atas TOD area is satisfactory.]]>
