<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes among 4th grade students at MIN 7 Pidie through the implementation of the talking stick model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) study involving 24 of the 4th grade students at MIN 7 Pidie during the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results showed that in cycle I, the students achieved an average score of 59.37 and a classical mastery rate of 33.33%. In cycle II, the students achieved an average score of 88.08 and a classical mastery rate of 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the talking stick model can improve student learning outcomes.]]>
