<![CDATA[Stroke is a neurovascular disease with multidimensional impacts on patients’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual conditions. The complications of stroke not only reduce physical function but also affect patients’ overall quality of life. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social support and spirituality and the quality of life of stroke patients, as well as to examine the interaction of these factors in improving quality of life. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design involving 125 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable instruments, including the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS; Cronbach’s α = 0.89), the Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS; Cronbach’s α = 0.95), the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL; Cronbach’s α = 0.92), the Barthel Index (Cronbach’s α = 0.87–0.92), and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9; validity coefficient r = 0.73, Cronbach’s α = 0.87). Data were analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed significant correlations between gender, educational level, comorbidity, functional status, and depression with patients’ quality of life (p < 0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that gender (p = 0.000), functional status (p = 0.000), and spirituality (p = 0.012) had significant effects on patients’ quality of life. Meanwhile, age and duration of stroke did not show significant relationships (p > 0.05). It can be concluded that spirituality and functional status significantly contribute to determining the quality of life among stroke patients.]]>
