Conflict is an inevitable part of educational organizations due to differences in individual characteristics, interests, and perceptions among members of the madrasah community. If not managed effectively, conflict can hinder organizational performance and reduce the quality of educational services. This study aims to describe the conflict resolution procedures implemented by the madrasah principal through a compromise strategy at MI At-Taqwa Kebonagung Sukodono Sidoarjo. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa. The findings reveal that conflict resolution was carried out through five stages: problem identification, establishing communication and dialogue, seeking common ground through deliberation, making compromise-based decisions, and conducting evaluation and follow-up actions. The implementation of these stages enhanced communication, trust, and collaboration among members of the madrasah community, thereby fostering organizational harmony and supporting the improvement of educational service quality. These findings confirm that a compromise strategy is an effective approach to conflict management in Islamic educational institutions
