<![CDATA[Objective: This study was motivated by the limited availability of guidance and counseling media specifically designed to develop students' social skills. Although students recognize the importance of social interaction, preliminary findings indicated that some still experience difficulties in communicating, expressing opinions, collaborating with peers, and resolving conflicts effectively. This study aimed to develop the Social Skill UNO Card as a guidance and counseling medium, determine its feasibility, and examine students' responses to the developed media. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires (material, media, and language experts), students' response questionnaires, and practitioners' assessment questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis based on percentage scores. The findings revealed that the developed media obtained a feasibility score of 82.69% from the material expert, 100% from the media expert, and 83.04% from the language expert, resulting in an overall average of 87.04%, which was categorized as highly feasible. Furthermore, the small-group trial achieved a score of 90.75%, while the large-group trial obtained 88.35%, both categorized as highly feasible. The practitioners' assessment reached 79.76%, indicating that the media was feasible for implementation.]]>
