<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of the Qur'an reading program at SMA Tunas Unggul, a private school located in Pasir Impun that implements the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and integrates various religious habituation programs into its educational activities. The study focuses on three main aspects: the management of the Qur'an reading program, students' character, and the influence of the program management on students' character. This research employed a quantitative approach. The primary data were collected through questionnaires, while supporting data were obtained through interviews and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students as research informants. The data were analyzed using quantitative statistical analysis with SPSS version 26. The analysis procedures included validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity), simple linear regression analysis, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The findings indicate that the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.792 reflects a strong positive relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.628 shows that the management of the Qur'an reading program contributes 62.8% to the development of students' character, whereas the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. The Qur'an reading program is implemented to foster students' character through systematic planning, teacher organization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.]]>
