<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze organizational development strategies within educational institutions as a systematic effort to enhance school effectiveness and the quality of learning. A descriptive qualitative method employing a literature review approach was used. Data were collected through interviews and an in-depth analysis of relevant scholarly literature, textbooks, and journals on organizational behavior. The findings indicate that organizational development in education must be carried out through five planned stages: diagnosing school conditions, action planning, implementing interventions (such as teacher training and team building), conducting periodic evaluations, and strengthening policies. The success of this strategy is influenced by internal factors—specifically human resource readiness—and external factors, such as technological adaptation. Effective implementation of organizational development has been shown to foster a positive work culture, boost teacher motivation, and optimize the quality of classroom learning processes. This study integrates the application of humanistic values with a systemic approach to organizational development, specifically focusing on overcoming resistance to change in schools and providing practical guidance for managing transitions to ensure the sustainability of educational quality.]]>
