This study aims to analyze the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC)-based learning management innovation in improving the quality of learning in Islamic schools (madrasas). The KBC is an educational approach that integrates the values of compassion, empathy, and spirituality into the learning process and educational management to create a humanistic learning environment. This study employed a qualitative approach with social phenomenology at MTsN 1 Ponorogo. Data were obtained through interviews with the madrasah principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers, supported by observation and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which encompasses data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results indicate that the KBC-based learning management innovation is implemented through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning that integrates the value of love. This implementation increases student engagement, the quality of teacher-student interactions, and strengthens religious character, thus creating an inclusive and sustainable learning culture. This study concludes that the KBC-based learning management innovation is an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning and developing student character in Islamic schools.
