Objective: The forced-distribution grading system for junior employees at PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk's Spun Yarns Personnel Department causes subjective rounding on small samples, poorly reflecting actual performance. Methods: This study weights criteria using AHP, ranks six junior employees (2025 data) with SAW and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on those weights, compares consistency via Spearman's Rank Correlation, and tests ranking robustness through weight sensitivity analysis. Results: AHP results show Performance Assessment as the highest-weighted criterion (0.542), followed by EPR (0.362) and Attendance (0.096), all consistent (CR < 0.1). Both SAW and TOPSIS ranked Lukman first, with a Spearman correlation of ρ = 0.8286 (very strong). Sensitivity testing (-20% to +20%) produced no ranking changes (100% consistency), Novelty: This study integrates AHP-based expert weighting with two independent ranking methods and a formal robustness test, confirming the AHP-SAW/AHP-TOPSIS model's stability. Lukman is recommended as the Best Junior Employee for 2025.
