This study was motivated by students' low conceptual understanding of cultural diversity within the *Pancasila* Education subject a result of monotonous, conventional teaching methods that made memorization difficult. The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning model, supported by a giant "Snakes and Ladders" game, on the conceptual understanding of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Sidokerto 03. A quantitative pre-experimental method was employed using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design with a saturated sample of 17 students. Data were collected via written cognitive tests and analyzed using the Paired Sample T-test and N-Gain analysis in SPSS 25. The results showed a significant increase in the students' average score from 63.38 to 86.47. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculated t-value of -9.286 with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (< 0.05), and an N-Gain score of 0.6254, falling into the "medium" category. The greatest improvement occurred in the "comparing" indicator, while the least improvement was observed in the "classifying" indicator. Through the TTW syntax, the giant "Snakes and Ladders" game successfully stimulated sharp thinking and group collaboration. Practically, this study enlivened the classroom atmosphere and helped educators transform abstract concepts of diversity into concrete, understandable material.
