<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of administrative staff limitations on the effectiveness of administrative services at MAS Daruzzahidin, Aceh Besar a madrasah where a single administrative staff member manages the administration of two educational institutions simultaneously. A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed, involving 50 respondents (teachers, students, and administrative staff) selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire developed from Human Resource Management (HRM) theory and the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) model, and analyzed using simple linear regression in SPSS. The instrument was proven valid (Corrected Item-Total Correlation > 0.30) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). The results show that administrative staff limitation has a significant positive effect on service effectiveness (R = 0.471; R² = 0.222; F = 13.699; t = 3.701; p = 0.001), with the regression equation Y = 23.248 + 0.444X. Administrative staff limitation accounts for 22.2% of the variance in service effectiveness, while 77.8% is explained by other factors outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in examining a madrasah with a dual-institution administrative workload, a context rarely addressed in prior quantitative studies of educational administration in Aceh. The findings suggest that service effectiveness depends more on the quality of human resource management, task distribution, staff competence, and coordination , than on staff quantity administratif.]]>
