This study aims to analyze the performance of the village government in public services to the community in Tomilito District, North Gorontalo Regency, based on the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness, accountability, and service quality, as well as identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research was carried out in three villages, namely Dambalo, Bulango Raya, and Milango, involving 15 informants who were selected purposively. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the performance of public services in general is in the category of quite good, but not optimal. The effectiveness of services is constrained by the timeliness and completeness of information, efficiency is influenced by the implementation of SOPs and technological limitations, while responsiveness is constrained by the lack of a formal complaint mechanism. Relative accountability runs through BPD oversight, but transparency still needs to be strengthened. Supporting factors include leadership, village funds, dedication of apparatus, and BPD, while obstacles include limited human resources, infrastructure, SOPs, and connectivity
