<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the importance of developing noble character as a key aspect of successful Islamic education, which continues to face various challenges in the madrasah environment. At MIN 11 Banda Aceh, some students still display behaviors that do not reflect Islamic character, such as being less disciplined during the Dhuhr congregational prayer and pushing one another during break time. This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic character education management, identify the challenges encountered, and analyze the strategies implemented by the madrasah to develop students’ character. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation involving the vice principal for student affairs, two teachers, and two students. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña and validated through source and technique triangulation. The results show that Islamic character education management is implemented through planning, organizing, religious habituation, supervision, and routine evaluation. The challenges include limited time and facilities, differences in students’ characteristics, and insufficient parental support. The strategies include role modeling, habituation, guidance, a compassionate approach, and cooperation between the madrasah and parents.]]>
