<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the learning challenges of Islamic Education and Character Building (Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti / PAI BP) at SMK Negeri 10 Bandung, where students tend to be more oriented towards productive (vocational) subjects. This condition causes the Grade X students' interest in learning to fall into the low to moderate category, and their religious attitudes have not developed consistently. This study aims to examine the relationship between students' interest in learning PAI BP and their religious attitudes. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method. The research population included all 475 Grade X Muslim students. Through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, a sample of 83 students was obtained. Data collection utilized a closed questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale, while data analysis applied descriptive and inferential statistics. The descriptive statistical results show that the majority of students' interest in learning PAI BP is in the moderate category (74.7%), with attention as the highest indicator (84.5%) and active participation as the lowest (73.2%). Students' religious attitudes are also dominantly in the moderate category (72.3%), with the indicator of respecting religious symbols having the highest score (87.2%) and the habit of reading the Qur'an having the lowest score (72.9%). Based on the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient of 0.779 were found. This proves the existence of a positive, significant, and strong relationship between the two variables. In conclusion, the higher the interest in learning PAI BP among Grade X students at SMK Negeri 10 Bandung, the higher their religious attitudes.]]>
