This study aims to describe the representation of human values in the novel Sang Eksekutor by Tere Liye and their implications for character education. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source was the novel Sang Eksekutor by Tere Liye, while the data consisted of narrative and dialogue excerpts containing the values of humanum, humanitas, and humaniora. Data were collected through reading, observing, note-taking, and documentation techniques using data cards as research instruments. The data analysis technique used content analysis based on Endraswara’s theory through the stages of data reduction, classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was examined using source triangulation. The results showed that the novel represents humanum values in the forms of responsibility, decision-making, objectivity, and role awareness; humanitas values in the forms of social concern, empathy, solidarity, and appreciation; and humaniora values in the forms of life reflection and experiential learning. These values contribute to the development of character education, including responsibility, integrity, empathy, social awareness, and critical thinking.
