The catfish farming operation managed by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Jatimulyo Village, Mantingan Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, still focuses on selling fresh fish, so the added value of the farming output has not yet been optimized. This community service project aims to optimize catfish farming yields through the innovation of catfish floss as a strategy to increase added value and develop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on local potential. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) through five stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity showed that Jatimulyo Village possesses assets in the form of catfish farming, institutional support from the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), human resources, and community participation, all of which serve as the foundation for developing value-added products. The program was implemented through a seminar on innovative catfish floss processing, attended by 35 participants, including village officials, BUMDes board members, PKK members, and the wives of village officials as community representatives. This activity enhanced the community’s understanding of product processing, packaging, and marketing strategies as a means of diversifying catfish farming products to increase product value and open opportunities for the development of local MSMEs. Additionally, the BUMDes is committed to continuing product development through digital marketing and partnerships with local retailers.
