<![CDATA[The conventional marriage registration process at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Pitu District, Ngawi Regency, frequently encounters efficiency constraints due to accumulated data entry queues and a high risk of identity recording errors among prospective couples. This situation is driven by the public's tendency to rely on KUA operators for registration rather than registering independently through the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) portal. The methodology employed was participatory action learning, actively involving prospective couples, KUA staff, and the local community. Data were collected through preliminary surveys, in-depth interviews, and participatory observation during the implementation of activities involving 15 prospective couples at the KUA of Pitu District, Ngawi Regency. The findings indicate that independent registration via SIMKAH effectively minimizes critical data entry errors, such as name spellings, birth dates, and civil status. This mentoring program successfully enhanced public digital literacy and community independence in utilizing technology-based services at the KUA of Pitu District.  Abstrak: Proses pendaftaran nikah secara konvensional di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Pitu, Kabupaten Ngawi, kerap menghadapi kendala efisiensi akibat penumpukan antrean input data serta tingginya risiko kesalahan pencatatan identitas calon pengantin. Keadaan ini dipicu oleh kecenderungan masyarakat yang lebih memilih didaftarkan oleh operator KUA daripada melakukan pendaftaran mandiri melalui portal Sistem Informasi Manajemen Nikah (SIMKAH). Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory action learning, yang melibatkan calon pengantin, petugas KUA, dan masyarakat secara aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei awal, wawancara mendalam, serta observasi partisipatif selama pelaksanaan kegiatan yang melibatkan 15 pasang calon pengantin di KUA Kecamatan Pitu, Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendaftaran mandiri via SIMKAH mampu meminimalisir kesalahan input data vital—seperti ejaan nama, tempat tanggal lahir, dan status kependudukan. Program pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital serta kemandirian masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan layanan berbasis teknologi di KUA Kecamatan Pitu.
