The objective of this research is to identify the risks associate to critical path tasks of the Crude Oil Contaminated Soil (COCS) Project, analyze the impacted of risks by Lean Sigma method, mitigate and response the risks refer to Lean Sigma method by using stochastic analysis. Parameter demand is risk impact through duration & cost, those are value after risk mitigation with the highest performance (best practice), the value after risk mitigation with done performance (most likely) and actual performance has been done (as is). The three values are analyzed by stochastic to get reachable value by 90% trust. The result of research shows 14 of risks impacted the work performance. Three of significant risks are delineation data was not accurate, Soil Bioremediation Facilities (SBF) capacity in Minas was not enough and heavy equipments were broken. The stochastic analysis result shows by 95% trust the project can be completed within 178 days from 210 days actual and cost can be reduced to IDR 3,698,000,000.00 from IDR 4,060,501,200.00 actual. Implementation the Lean Sigma method to mitigate and response risks could be reduce work duration about 15.2% and also decrease the expenditure cost about 8.9% from actual condition (as is).
