Introduction: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Banyumas Regency Transportation Agency. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study sample consisted of 138 respondents selected using accidental sampling—a technique for selecting respondents who were encountered and met the study’s objectives.Results: The adjusted R-squared value of 0.367 indicates that the variables of organizational commitment, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction account for 36.7% of employee performance, while the remaining 63.3% is explained by other factors outside the research model. Conclusions and Recommendations: The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that organizational commitment, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas work motivation doesn’t affect employee performance.
