Loghiya Village has significant potential to process coconut-based products, thereby improving economic well-being and alleviating local poverty. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in driving local economic growth and enhancing the welfare of the village community. The abundant supply of raw coconuts has encouraged the people of Loghiya Village to develop coconut-based products with higher market value. One such initiative is led by the "Muna Sehat" VCO SME group, which operates as a home-based industry. The project implementation involved several stages: planning, outreach, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, ensuring program sustainability, and report preparation. The results indicate that all output targets of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were successfully achieved. The partner has implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for VCO production, utilized appropriate technology to enhance process efficiency, and increased production capacity by over 50%. Product quality has improved through the implementation of sanitation and quality control measures, supported by more professional packaging and branding. Furthermore, the partner can now maintain simple financial records, calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and optimize digital marketing across social media and e-commerce platforms. Overall, the program successfully enhanced production capacity, product quality, business management, and marketing, thereby boosting the competitiveness and sustainability of the Muna Sehat VCO SME.
