This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work-life balance, and interpersonal relationships on employee performance at Cepogo Cheese Park Boyolali. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. The population consisted of all permanent employees of Cepogo Cheese Park, totaling 100 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, interpersonal relationships have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job training, work-life balance, and interpersonal relationships significantly influence employee performance at Cepogo Cheese Park Boyolali. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the three independent variables explain 97,1 of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 2,9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
